Taking the lead design role on this project I aimed to convey the new brand positioning in an exciting way, while not isolating current customers. I also focused on growing their database to increase engagement with loyal consumers while building and rewarding loyalty.
Here are a few results (9 months pre-launch vs 9 months after):
– Visitors: 9,012 per month vs. 4,144 (up 117%)
– Visits: 13,655 per month vs. 5,651 (up 142%)
– Page views: 33,505 per month vs. 21,246 (up 58%)
– Database: From 41,618 to 52,331 (up 26%)
