Propstore is an auction website to sell and buy movie props that we were commissioned to re-design alongside a re-brand. With very tight deadlines, UX and strategy were run alongside identity and UI work. I was the lead UX designer and worked closely with a UX strategist to ensure we had user insight to inform designs throughout.
From the onset, we used user research to inform user journeys and information architecture decisions.
We then focused on the "Auction" and "Buy it now" pages to enhance user journeys and conversions.
With some time allotted at the end of the project to optimize any features, we were able to focus and key conversion points such as checkout.
