For the blog I wanted communicate the knowledge and love the sofa.com team have of good design - because they’re interested in what the industry is up to and they know who their customers are, so a magazine style layout seemed the perfect choice. I aimed to build trust in potential customers by demonstrating their design and interiors know-how and aslo bring customers back to the website even after they’ve bought.
For the e-commerce site I had to increase conversion by creating a seamless and enjoyable user experience, bringing the playfulness of the brand to the shopping experience while ensuring the process was simple and helpful.
